Shipping Information:
Gracie’s Cove will commit every effort to get your order shipped out to you in a timely manner. This should be 5-10 business days (does not include weekends and holidays), (please remember that near the Christmas holidays, the post does slow down drastically, so shipments could take as much as 10-15 days to process and ship out) but is most often quicker than that. Some items might drop ship directly from the manufacturer; therefore you might receive your order in two separate shipments. We will notify you by e-mail if this is the case with your order. You should receive a tracking number by e-mail by UPS, if you chose this option, to track your order, an order conformation from Pay Pal, and a Sales Receipt/Order Confirmation from us.

Returns/Refunds/Exchanges:
Returns will only be accepted on new/unworn apparel with tags still attached within 30 days of reciept. There is a 20% restocking fee deducted from the original purchase price. Refunds are charged back to the original credit card or Paypal account used to purchase. Shipping is non refundable. Please include name, e-mail and Sales Receipt number for all returns.

Exchanges will be accepted on new/unworn apparel with tags still attached within 30 days of reciept. Please include $9.99 US, the address to ship back to, and the item/size you would like to exchange for. You may only exchange an item of a different size or color of the same product number (example: The product you bought was a small-pink product #50-1000-01, you can exchange for medium-pink #50-1000-01), product number must match.
